These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the customer) and me, Inga Eglite, trading as Crochet Style, when you purchase items from my shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All items are handmade, and slight variations may occur — this is part of their character.
I make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but differences in screens may affect how colours appear.

3. Prices

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Prices may change from time to time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
Your order is accepted once payment has been processed.
I reserve the right to refuse an order if:
• the item is unavailable
• there is an error in the listing
• payment cannot be authorised

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
I do not see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

• Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.
• Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail).

7. Your right to cancel

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

8. Returns

Returns are accepted if:
• the item is unused and in its original condition
• it is returned within the required time frame
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
• custom‑made or personalised items
• items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., worn hats or headbands)

9. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photos, text, and product designs — belongs to Crochet Style.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
I only use your data to process orders, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
