1. Dispatch times
All items are handmade with care. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but I will always keep you informed.
Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated in the product description.
2. Delivery methods
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another reliable courier.
Available delivery options will be shown at checkout and may include:
• Royal Mail 2nd Class
• Royal Mail 1st Class
• Royal Mail Tracked services
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• your location
• the size and weight of your order
• the delivery method you choose
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
5. Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
• Please check the tracking information (if applicable)
• Contact me at [email protected] and I will be happy to help
If a parcel is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
A replacement or refund will be offered once the carrier confirms the loss.
6. Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
I cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
I will arrange a replacement or refund in line with my Withdrawal Policy.
