Withdrawal Policy

1. Your right to cancel

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive your item.
To exercise this right, you must inform me of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement by email:

2. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your order, I will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of one of the following (whichever is earliest):
• the day I receive the returned item
• the day you provide evidence that you have sent the item back

3. Returning the item

You must send the item back within 14 days of informing me of your cancellation.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with any tags or packaging intact.

4. Items that cannot be cancelled

The right to cancel does not apply to:
• custom‑made or personalised items
• items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., worn headbands or hats)
If an item is faulty, your statutory rights still apply.
